I don't think you should post here, but are you talking about software to make sigs, and avis, and stuff? Try downloading GIMP becaus it's free. Or you could buy photoshop or something. What images do you mean?
Try checking the FAQ's or pm a moderator or and administrator.

If you mean the images you host here in af.com just click on Image host at the top of the screen and then My images.

Just be careful because some of them might be copywrighted. Making sigs with copyrighted images is considered an offense as bad as ripping =X
Don't take any pic from DA. All the pics in that site are copyrighted.
