1. Airship. You know, the humongous kind with indoor swimming pool and AC.

3. Profit.

My list is so awesome, I can waste 2/3 on a stupid snowclone joke, and still survive in luxurious 1920's flamboyancy. Take that feeble dune-nerds!

I thought if you brought a compass to the desert, it would go haywire and would be pretty much useless. I think it has something to do with the mountains and things like that, but I'm not 100% sure. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's possible that a mountain made largely of ferrous material would affect a compass, but there is nothing intrinsic to deserts that would mess with the earth’s magnetic field... Well, conceivably the static charge of a sand storm could have some effect. But most deserts are not of the "sand" variety anyway.

A satellite phone, a GPS, and a knife. A cell phone would be useless in the middle of the desert so a satellite phone is in order. That way I can hopefully get in contact with someone on a random frequency and tell them my location using the GPS. The knife is for killing things. I need nourishment after all.

1) You can't fly a military helicopter without training, and even if you could, the ammo is pointless because you'd never be able to hit anything anyway.

2) What the hell do you think diplomatic immunity is? Diplomatic immunity only exists for diplomats. As you are not a diplomat, you can not have it. And it's limited anyway, especially now when world leaders can call each other on the telephone. You could NOT, for example, kill a man and get off scot free. You would be declared Persona Non Grata and kicked the hell out of the country- and since you are apparently your own country, good luck.

3) Point 2 doesn't matter, because you’re a national security threat because you are flying a military aircraft. You'd be told to land, and if you didn't immediately you'd be shot out of the sky. You claiming to have diplomatic immunity while sitting in a helicopter would not stop them from killing you.
