Honestly, who hasn't had an embarrasing moment in their life? If, you can't remember the most embarrasing time you've had, just pick one that you remember...

Calling one of your female teachers mom.
Oh, hey, I had one this afternoon! What a coin-ki-dink, seeing this thread.
Well, you see, I was minding my own business -stealing a friend's hair clip- when I was running up the stairs. Did I fall?!?!?!
...
No. <3
I turned into the hallway and slowed my pace. I saw two seniors from my soccer team a few feet ahead, and I was about to say hello when-
SLIP
N'
SLIDE!
I slipped on the wet floor -WITHOUT a wet floor sign- and hit the hard, merciless ground below. -.Sniffe.- I embarrassed myself and sprained my ankle at the same time.
Well there was this one time... I was over a friends house and had eaten breakfast..then we went to the park..i went on one of those spinny things...then I started feeling sick...Then we got in the car..I started feeling even more sick..then we went to taco bell... Being around all that food made me feel even worse an I threw up all over the table in front of everyone and got it all over me..o_o; I had to walk all the way to the bathroom covered in it..

Well in 4th grade this projector was in the middle of the room, and the cables were a little ways off the ground. I wasn't paying attention, and I tripped over one of the cables and fell onto the -hard- floor. I felt like I was on the floor forever until this guy said "Umm are you ok?" I awkwardly got up and mumbled yes, and then I quickly went to my seat and sat down. I couldn't look at anyone. XD
It wasn't that embarassing, now that I'm older, but it's the only moment I remember right now. It's actually kinda funny. XD
I try – to digest my prideBut passions grip I fearWhen I climb – into shallow vats of wineI think I almost hear...but it's not clear.(credit for sig = Sasuke Clan)wanna join my family? PM me! ^.^
When I was looking at my results on the board, I saw my friend looking at it too. So I greeted her but it was actually someone else. x.x But really, mistaking someone for someone else is common. Although it can get embarassing.
This beats everyone's. In 7th grade, i had a well just get to it, erection in class and the teacher said that i had to come to the front of the class and present. I said uh hu i don't have it. She said i see it right there. I said i don't want to read it. Then she said, if you do not read it i am going to give you a F and send you to the principle's office. Well, there was plan A go up there with my dignity and read my paper or plan B and walk out of the class with my shame shown to everyone.
I had to choose plan A. I could have made a bolt to the door and probably no one would have seen me. But i gave my report with the boner. Uh, haunts me to this day. DAMN YOU PUBERTY AND MINISKIRTS!
I can top that International!
This one time, something embarrassing happened and zomg was I ever so embarrassed!

Porque? You did not say it, but i can guess what it could be. The female equivalent to a guys daily embarrassment?
Actually I didn't really have one thus the very vague statement.
Embarrassing things don't really happen to me and when they supposedly do, I don't really care so it doesn't register that I *should* be embarrassed.

Hmm... Since a lot of embarassing things happen with me mistaking strangers for people I know, almost giving one a hug one time, they're not really that bad since I don't know them and I doubt I'd see them again.
One that does stand out though was two years ago in my final year of high school. It was teacher's day and I thought I could come into class wearing casual clothes. I assumed wrong though no one really made a big deal out of it. It would have been fine if it was only that but turns out, the interim councilors (kinda like help for the student council) prepared a surprise for the teachers and out of the blue just called on me to say a speech on behalf of the students. Oh boy... So I go up wearing casual clothes in front of everyone and basically mumble "Hello, thank you teachers." with a lot of pauses and vague hand gestures. That was pretty embarassing. I probably stained the school's chairperson's legacy.
