I think it goes without saying...a trillion dollars.
That's a crazy amount of money and you could pretty much get away with anything with that kind of money. Not to mention the philanthropic aspects to having that kind if money. Plus you can do some insane splurging. Mansions and cars galore!
Immortality is tricky. I wouldn't want immortality if I actually look hundreds of years old. Who would? But then again I guess it's given that you wouldn't other wise it wouldn't be so appealing.
And then there's the emotional/mental problem of having immortality. You will never die, yet everyone around you will. I think I'd go insane. Your family will all be dead, your friends, loved ones, kids, will all be dead while you keep living. Then there's the problem if you fall in love with many people over the years and have many kids over the years. You will still be alive and they will all have died. It's very depressing when you think about it and very hard for people to go through that sort of trauma over and over again for hundreds, potentially thousands of years.
The money's better...way better. Besides, everyone loves money.
