Fan buttons?

This is probably a stupid question but I was wondering about the fan buttons that some people have in their sigs. Are those only for sig/avi creators (becuase I've noticed those are the only people who have their own) or can anybody whos been here a while have a fan button/fandom? o.o

If you want to have a fan button, you make it yourself and you insert it in your signature. Anyone can have one if they want. If you want to make a fan button, go ahead and insert it in your signature. If someone is a fan of you, they will also put it in their sig/blog.

Really? I thought it was only sig and avatar creators too o.o; I feel kinda dumb now >.>

Well, it's mostly the artists in the animegalleries section who make fan buttons because they've, or I should say, we usually have fans of our works. You can also have a fan button if you want. Maybe it's for your posts or for your blogs, anything really. It's not just limited to us.^^
