[Annual Contest] Sig Master 2007 Voting

Hey all,
here is what everyone were waiting for ... the voting.
We've got 26 entries and here they are to compete to access the semifinals. We will take 14 sigs with most votes and let them continue the path that leads them to the top. But before doing that we need your votes.

The voting will have the following rules::
- you can vote for max 3 works of art. You can choose less than 3, but not more or I will ignore your post completely;
- you can vote only once. Keep in mind we can find out if you have voted more than once with different accounts;
- you cannot vote for yourself;
- try to explain why you voted for that sig (I would appreciate that );
- the contest is anonymous, so please, if you recognize somebody keep that information for yourself.

10 [its simple, cute, and I like the very subtle details in it]

12 [I like the bg, though I wish so much of it didnt overlay on the character]

21 [Its simple, yet the detailing is eye catching. I like how it looks like hes breaking through the sig]

entry 10 - awesome, blending is perfect. Very cute also.
entry 15 - background matches image. Love the background.
entry 20 - Great blending. Color-use stands out.

Whoa... There are many good entries this year. Hard to choose which three are the best. After pain stakingly examine each entries, here are my choices:

No. 15 ~ Clean and yet still able to blend into the background.
No. 16 ~ Simplicity that really reflect the chibi-ness of the design.
No. 25 ~ Chibi and yet able to retain the chibi-ness and well balanced between the stock and the BG.

21. Same as Marudashi~ Like the way he's breaking through the sig. Oh and the background is nice too.

Entry 10: Simple but it really works.

Entry 12: I like the startling contrast of a cute chibi with the grunge like bg.

Entry 16: It's like simplicity defined. Very cute.^^

My choices have fallen on the following signatures:

no. 15. The character is eyecatching, it looks completely adorable and it's cool how the panda theme is carried through the whole sig, with the bamboo and all. Very nice...
no. 18. The background really fits the character in a few ways. One the color, two the expression fits the way the background is made. It all fits and last but not least it looks awesome.
no. 21. The background is just pure awesome, the detailing is great, even though the quality of the scan could have been improved some.

Entry 17 - I like the whole Bamboo and Panda theme too..I didn't even know that was Gaara..o.o;

#16: So simple and cute. The background attracted me the most. Whoever did it is a good graphic designer.

#20: Great character and background.

#21: Awesome background and... lol @Naruto. I also like the warm colours. Goes well with the image.

Entry 1: Because I love CCS, and the sig itself is very colourful.

#16: It's simple and thus it makes ChibiMaru so kawaii!

1 - Feels light and airy and happy, so perfect for Sakura.

15 - Tt looks like the chibi is hiding in the jungle, so adorable yet creepy.

26 - All those lines, looks like it took a lot of effort and I think it suits the anime well.

And for all of them, the colors used work very well with the chibi.

10. It's really nice, it seems to me like the contents of the image just go together nicely

15. I just love the color effects around the character, it's very adorable in his little panda suit!

Entry 2: It's kawaii and clean, and simply nice.

Entry 16: Simple, stands out, clean and crisp, nice coloring.

Entry 25: I love the texture behind the main images, and again, is very clean. I like the way it is split into 3 sections as well. Plus its kawaii! XD

Entry 1: How could I not pick it? Its the one that stood out to me the most, very cute and I love the colors (naturally)

Entry 16: Well I'm a sanrio fan, and I thought the colors used went well with the character. Its nice and clean-cut.

Entry 18: The picture is so cute, and again I like the colors and how it blends.
