How come theres a yamis version of yugi, bakura and marik but no yami version of pegasus, shadi and ishizu?

This has been annoying me for a while.

Answer:

Yami Yugi = Pharaoh Atem, son of Akunumkanon, Pharaoh of ancient egypt who defeated Zorck Necrophadius and sealed him away into the Shadow realm, and sacrificed his soul for that, which was also sealed, but into the Millenium Puzzle.

Yami Bakura = Zorck Necrophadius in person, who dwells within the Millenium Ring, that is why Bakura's soul could merge with Zorck in the Pharaoh's memory world.

Yami Marik = Unknown, probably the dark Priest, Akunadin, who was apparently sealed away from the outer world, by the power of the legendary White Dragon, and Seto's love at Kisara.

Or in other version, Marik's hatred that was strengthened by the Millenium rod's mystical power and overgrew his own self.

Pegazus, and Isis both have good goals with their millenium items, and they were not up to destroy the world with Shadow games, so they didn't have a Yami side either.

Pegazus was willing to bring his wife back alive, though his ways and solutions were a bit rude, but he was willing to do good.

Isis is Marik's sister, and the descendant of Priestess Isis, so she can not be evil, and may not have a dark side.

Shadi is apparently just a ghost, or something like that, so he probably hasn't got a ghost. (Shada was a good priest too.)

Yes but although he was using the item for good in the big pictue pegasus was stealing souls to do so. also shadi is scary don't you agree.

Shadi is anything BUT scary. =D

Yugi and Bakura's millennium items housed souls within them and thats why there is a alternate version of them, while the others like Pegasus millennium eye did not.

Im not sure about Marik the shows not 100% clear on this point but it has something to do with his hatred manifesting its own will.

Marik's harsh upbringing caused him to develop another personality to cope with the stress of it all. It happens from time to time with emotionally fragile(compared to the situation, mind you) children, they develop a strong personality that is often aggressive and lashes out when able. Left untreated as he was, it will only get worse.
