Whenvere I try to rep someone it says I don't have permission, it was working just fine yesterday. Help kplz

I think there is a limit you can rep for 24 hours.?

Two things go into account.

1. You have to have 50 posts in order to even have rep power.
2. You can only rep a single person once, then you have to rep many others before you can rep that person again.

Permission wise, take it up with a mod.
