Do you eat out alot?

I was thinking about fast foods recently. I used to like fast food a lot. I mean every friday we would eat at mcdonalds or something, and I would always get the big meals. That was when I was thirteen though.

Now I don't eat fast food a lot, and when I do I always get heartburn or idigestion or I feel hungry still or I get full really fast. I feel like fast food has let me down because I work now.

How about you guys? I know that some of you are over twenty so, do you still eat fast foods at all? Does anyone in europe or australia eat fast foods a lot? Do a lot of you from the US still eat out a lot (I have no idea because I don't talk to my friends about this at all).
