Your drawings are really good and you do a good job with the shadings :3 Keep your good work up!
May I suggest you creating your own character?
I draw them...I finished the last one today...and...on some pictures are mistakes...ôÔOriginally Posted by emoswordie

Even with creating your own character, you're an excellent artist, with seeing very little mistakes, I love the shading on what you do with the pictures you show
Wow!...deine pics sind echt gut!
i like the way u draw!^^...die schattierungen sind echt gut...was ich leider noch nicht so gut kann...-.-"
Ah,time to post...I was hoping to be able to leave massive reply, but wth.
It's good as it is...
Now,again, for an actual comment (hope you won't hate me for my honesty):
Wow...this is good, but there are some mistakes...
First of all,let me criticize her hand,it's definitely not that wide, even through her outfit...
Anyway,I love the face expression, but difference in her eyes make it look a bit off,for her right eye is bigger than the left (off-proportion)...
Other than that is good,I like the ambient, and shadows on clothes,as usual,but...Now,as I look it more closer,I see that nose and her mouth aren't at place where they should be,either the mouth should be moved,or the nose...
But moving the nose would cause moving the right eye,so it could cause a mess on her face,so I would go with moving the mouth a bit to the right...
Yes,I like and dislike this picture at the same time...
Can't really explain why,but oh well...
Anyway, rating would be: 9/10 ...I know you can do better,so keep up ^_^
Those drawings are just incredible. Keep up the amazing work. =)
This is more than just a place for my things
It says who I am, where I've been, how I feel
This piece is far more than shelves and fine lines
It brings balance & serenity to a chaotic world
What you see is more than just functional form
It's a well-designed window that
looks in on my soul

Holy snap. Those are awesome drawings my friend. I especially like how you shade in the darks. Very nice indeed. If I were an Art teacher, I'd give you an A+ Again, very nice pictures man.

goodjob!!
Very nice! I like the expressions. Very neat and purdy. :3 Shooowww more.
hey good pics!!! but this is just a thought.. my art teacher tell me when id raw anime orw/e i draw.. not to smudge to much.. yes when u smudge ur drawings r great.. but maybe try shading with a pencil of how dark or light u want it.. idk its wut my art teacher tells me and it kinda makes my art look better.. but meh its jsut a thought.. ur artwork is awesome..!
And once again, the time has come for an actual comment to occur...
I like this one, you've managed to draw face expression very well,I can actually see their feelings on the paper...
Proportions are well done,as usual, but shading is a bit too square-ish on his hand...
Her eyes are very well done, and hair is just awesome...
And beside of all the beauty,it has very nice feeling to it,and it's very nice to the eyes of everyone...
Guys ear might be a bit of strange looking, but the rest is perfectly fine...
I always enjoy watching your drawings, and by looking at them I can clearly see that there is much time spent on them...
Something beautiful as that cannot be done with just fast scribbling...
So tell me Light, how much time do you spend on your drawings?
By looking at them I can't really tell, for some are looking as if they were done for a long time, others not,but if I'd have to guess,I would say about hour or two???
So,tell me...how much time do you spend on them?
WOW your shading capability is AWESOME!! I totally admire your work. ^__^ You should be a REAL animator!! Do you have any plans to become one?
I need around one or two hours to color them...some pictures need around 3 hours...Originally Posted by Hamashimura
I need around one hour to draw the outlines... sometimes around 2 hours...It takes so long, because I copy them sometimes again if I made to much mistakes, so the picture looks more clear...
I want to do something like that (working on a manga or anime), but I'm to slow...Originally Posted by Inamorata

ZOMG! Those are like...awesome! I would love to see some of your own characters. =) You have talent, that is for sure. Keep up the great work! ^^
lol very nice. The first one is so cute. ^^ The 2nd very lovely and smexy.<3 Great works, homie!!
i like the first drawing the most...nice attitude ^^
maybe some background in your pictures?

VERY lovely artwork- just curious though, what kind of paper are you using? (brand/texture)
But yeah, your artwork is beyond fantastic-you draw very different from what I usually see from people line-wise. Something about the lines seem different- not to be rude, but it's very reminicent of when people trace things, but if you're not, which you probably aren't, that only proves so much more how great of an artist you are and a unique line artist at that! I definitely love how well you shade- that's BEYOND fantastic... I can't shade for crapola. I'll definitely keep checking out this thread to see more wonderful work of yours, keep it up!

The first picture in 2008...
It's one of my best pictures I've ever made...so ...
Overall impact is nice. Beautiful contrasts in your shadings^^
But looking closer....
Hmmm.... I hope you don't mind a few criticisms/suggestions on your latest sketch^^
I think the forearm is a little big compared to the rest of his arm... Hmmm...and his eyes, though drawn well is I think a bit small and I think it should be a little more to the right...[then again, if this is not an original character, maybe it's the character's design--in that case it's fine ^^] I can see light/shadow shadings on the arm but not so much on the hand which appears to have the same sort of shadings as the bg... I think it will be good to put some dark shades on the hand as well to sort of show that the fingers casts a shadow on the palm or certain places on the nearly closed fist...^^
That's about it^^ Great job nonetheless! May the spirit of Kaizen be upon thee! Ganbare! XD
