Dragon Voice

Has anyone seen or read an anime or manga called Dragon Voice? I think I ran across the name on Wikipedia before and it sounded interesting. From what I remember, I think it was about a teenage guy who sings for a band or something, and he really sucks, but it turns out that he possesses some special gift called the dragon voice. that's all I really remember about it though, LoL!

Anyone know more about it?

it's not that bad just good
it's about a boy who has voice sounds like a dragon or something like that
he's cute as well
