uh lets see if i can explain this right >.< when you downsize the site folder so it goes to the bottem of the screen on your computer, does it make it so your green button says your ofline???you know the one on your posts, blog and such???...do you undertsand what im saying right??

The green button goes to offline if you are inactive for over 15 minutes.
