Are you more outgoing in real life, or on the internet?

Okay...I just noticed this awhile ago...(couple months?) I noticed that I can be very outgoing when I'm talking on the internet! I'm a very VERY VERY shy person. Y'know, the introverted, quiet, wallflower-like person? The little girl in the corner who never says anything? That would be me...in real life. But when I'm communicating on the internet...BAM! I'm the outgoing, cheerful person who jumps at the chance to make a comment, reply, talk to someone! I think it's kinda odd...OxO
So...That being said...my question:
Are you more outgoing in real life, or on the internet? [just like the title states]
Is there a reason for your being that way? I have none...

I'm an outgoing person in real life and I'm even more outgoing by a factor 10 on the internet....

Far more outgoing online. I have to watch what I say in real life, lest I have it used against me or impact my life somehow.

Not to mention that I can ignore people and screen for people I actually like in real life .. if only I just click on an X that made a person disappear..

Yeah, same here.

But overall, I think I'm pretty much the same. ^^ I always say the first thing that comes to my mind, whether it's bad or good. ^^;

I'm pretty much the same. No more outgoing here than I'm in so-called "real life" I'm generally pretty friendly though my scathing sarcasm comes across more in real life. It's a permanent part of my personality. I can control it to an extent, but some days...

I tend to socialize more in real life than I do online, I really only talk to like 3 people online. But I think that I'm more rude in real life, I don't know why. I think the internet is just a way to kill time in between life's chores.

Internet. In person I tend to blend in with the background. It's possible you could have hit me with your car and not noticed (I still wanna know who did that. Rude)

Probably real life. The internet is just a realm of fantasy where anything is possible, you can't even see who you're really talking to when you're online most of the time so with that I can't put much effort into it. Now in real life, thats different, it's cool meeting new people all the time and making new friends. I don't think thats something you can ever have enough of.

I am more of an outgoing person on the internet because I am smart with the computer and blah blah blah you know the rest but in real life, this may be a shocker (jk) but, I am not that smart. I also have way more friends on the internet. So, I say internet. =)
