hajime no ippo has all thoes three, all tho is not much of the romance, just a littal one goin on in the background.
suzuka, but thats mostly romance, some sport and not much action.
airmaster has action and sport/street martial arts? and a littal bit of yuri luvin for the watchers^^
initial d if you consider car racin a sport, that one has a good mix of action sport and romance thru out all the seasons
and ofcourse you could allways check out slam dunk alltho is a littal old is a good sport, action anime with some romance mixed in it
