I can't say I care for the animation lol, but the humor in it is quite interesting, and each episode consists of a few mini episodes so its good for those with a small attention span.

The full title is actually "Crayon Shin chan". I was watching it for a while till adultswim took it off for a while. That show is hilarious. I love when that mother and daughter go berserk on those stuffed bunnies when they lose their temper. XD The humor might seem crude to some, but it makes laugh so it cant be that all bad. Its also funny that even though its quite an old show from Japan, the English translation threw in present day celebrity gags.

Crayon Shin-chan is by far my favorite show. I've been watching it since I was a kid (I still do even though I'm 20 haha). The humour is more suited for a Japanese person because it re-inacts an average Japanese family's day-to-day events (well quite a few things are original on the show but still). I've always wondered how they translated the jokes that shin-chan makes up.

The manga artist who first started the series had actually created the jokes for adults (it had some kind of sexual context) but he switched to something more innocent after it started to go on air for kids. It's been 15 years since it's been on air and it's still popular even if the series are labeled as being vulgar.

The Shin-chan movies are worth watching but try avoiding the new movies because they've gone quite bad in quality (story and animation-wise). Either way, the series and the movie is great to watch if there are good translations.

It's okay, I guess. But sometimes I don't like Shin Chan because he's a pervert. -_-; I like Indonesian voice over more than English version. His voice is funny.

Hi ya-

I also like this show alot, at first it was kinda annoying, but it really starts to grow on ya. The Drop Out is a really cool cat and the wannabe actress is also pretty cool.

Anyway, a very good show indeed from Japan.
