Anyone play GaiaOnline and get this message?

I know this probably isn't the BEST place to post this, but if I'm in the wrong area, just tell me. Anyway, I've searched and searched for a solution on this everywhere, but no one has been able to help me. I hope the people on AnimeForums can assist me, though. =D I'm really missing Gaia right now. Everytime I type in "Gaiaonline.com" in the address bar or click a Gaiaonline link on Google, it brings up the SAME message:

Slow Down!

Slow down, hotshot! You've been loading pages too fast, and our system doesn't like it. Take a break for a few minutes so we can catch up!

This is not a ban. Come back in a little while, ok?

I've heard about people getting this message ALL the time. I've even heard that someone didn't get on Gaia for two years because this message prevented you from logging in. I don't want to be kept off of Gaia for years, so can anyone help me?
