Do you think MySpace is annoying, or awesome in many ways?

I had one, and I first thought it was really boring... then I messed with my layout and when I was satisfied with it I started to like it. >.>
But then I just checked through whole myspace (like groups and stuff) and realised that... 60% of all the people there aren't themselves and that 60% of all posts or whatever are spam and only spam.
I didn't say that everyone is a fake, but yes, many people there are trying to act like somebody else. What's the point of trying to get as many friends as possible? Like getting 500+ friends is gonna make your life so much better.
But anyway, myspace is what you make it. If you want it to be awesome, then it is. If you want it to be annoying, then it is.
I shouldn't judge since I don't really know the people out there, but really, some people are just too much.
But I admit that I DID like myspace. It's deleted now. :3

well myspace isn't annoying unless you meet annoying people. and if ya don't go to myspace, it'll no longer annoy you . I think its alright, I get to talk to my family members from outta town on there, and do a couple more things that I can't really do on aim or msn. The spam comments are getting outta control though, I see ads for "awesome glitter graphics" 24/7. Its rediculous! Other than that I have no problems with it. Just the spammers....no one likes spammers

Myspace is a pain in the butt, damnit. Whenever I go to search something, the laptop freezes. When on this one..it's another story. Mainly I hate it because of Tom. He's a dork and he's annoying. I heard once he hacked onto someones account, changing everything. That therefore is why I rarely use it. I change the damned pw every week. oo;

The only reason I have one is because I can talk to my siblings who no longer live in town (including my sister in Iraq. I would just email her but I lost the email address).

Otherwise, I pretty much hate Myspace. There really is no point in it.

People's excuse? "I talk to my friends on there." And these are the same friends that they see all day at school, or could easily call on their oh-so-trendy cell phones that they can't seem to be away from for a minute.

I don't like how people fret over stupid things on Myspace. "Oh, this person doesn't have me on their top 3, so, like, she hates me now and it makes me madderzzz!!!!1" Oh, please. Get a life. Or people trying desperately to have the most friends - what is the point of that? Do you think how many friends you have on Myspace equals your worth or something? Do you think they are your real friends? And probably the most thing I get annoyed with is all the dumb, photoshopped, posing pictures that everyone seems to have. One or two is nice, but when you have 50+ pictures of nothing but yourself...well, I think you need to get out more. And also all the "COMMENT PLZ" whores that seem to plague every corner. Tell me why you need meaningless comments again? Oh, right. You need to feel self-worth from something. Sad.

So to answer the question: I think Myspace is annoying.

I like the way you can create your page and let people see things you are into, but sometimes the system errors make me want to throw the computer out the window. I use it to keep in touch with my friends over the summer. I think it's ok, but it has its flaws.

Same here...except for it's kinda fun talking to people who don't know you. It's a nice change. The only thing I really like about it is customizing my page but then it drags my computer.

I didnt like MySpace until i open an account, it was cool, i had my friends and even cutes girls as friends that i didnt even know who they were, girls did like how i look, i even got friend requested by older mature women (telling me i was cute and that age didnt really matter and what not), i had a blast. But i cancel my account after i opend a friend request from some girl and it was a freaking spyware virus, my computer got inffected in seconds but shes back to normal again. Im thinking of making a nother account but this time im making everything privite, but my opinion on Myspace, it aint that bad....

I joined not long ago and found mad people I knew. I mean people I knew back in elementary school and stuff! It was cool to see them, but Myspace gets too many weird problems, and plus alot of people I know don't even use it anymore. Most everyone uses this place called Bebo now. Slows down my computer too from all the flash and stuff.

I have an account and I can see the attraction... But I can't remember my password or user and it repells me way more than it attracts me XD I'm not really one to visit MySpace, FaceBook, Bebo or anything with a similar nature.
