Overall, it's pretty good.
Um...some of your drawings seem a little stiff probably it's because of the edges.

Wow! They are great. You're really great with shading, though some of it is kinda out of proportion. In your first post, the second drawing the upper body is kinda big?? In your second post the the girl who looks like a cute is really cute, but I think the neck part is kinda long. Keep up the good work! hope to see more of our post ^^.

yes very nice i like them all. i really couldnt tell that one guy was renji at first. the pic with chad i saw in one Bleach volume im not saying you traced it though. cant wait to see more.
