J-Rock opening theme songs

Lately I've been noticing more and more good J-rock bands doing opening theme songs for anime shows (duh) but the only two bands that I really thought had other good songs besides the song used for the show were L'arc en Ciel and Nightmare. Anyone know of any other nads that have really good albums excluding the song that they use on an anime. (God this is a strange question)

I'm asking because I keep hearing great J-rock songs as opening themes,
but then when I look up the band later, their other songs aren't that great..

They've had j-rock bands doing anime openings for years, and years, and years. It's just more noticeable now since channels like Cartoon Network are airing the theme songs, or not over-dubbing them with poppier songs, or replacing them with American made songs. Also, since more and more series are getting brought to America, the amount of j-rock opening themes is increasing, though still probably about proportional to those of other genres. It is also important to keep in mind that pop isn't as popular as it was a decade ago, and is now sort of rejected by many listeners, which would explain an increase in opening theme songs from other genres.
