Anime That Should Be Continued

I dunno, I'd personally like to see them continue Shaman King.
I mean, we never got to know who became shaman king in the end. (Plus, I love that show.)

They ruined Shaman King One Piece and countless other shows which had potential to be much more than a mere kids show.

Well, what if they made more episodes but only in Japanese with English subs? I would settle for that because I like the Japanese voices better.

Yeah I miss Shaman king they should continue them so I am going to try and bring it back.I will send e-mails and just bug the creaters until they make new episodes and manga.

Two things are wrong here:

1: 4Kids did not liscence the original Japanese One Piece. they only grabbed the video and did their dubs to it.

2: Switching from English to Japanese On a TV Station would vastly confuse the casual fan.

The one series I would really love to see continue is BECK. When I first watched it in the Winter/Spring of 04/05, despite the fact that I found the given ending to be excellent, it really did leave me wanting more. Perhaps even just another episode or two showing the shows that BECK ended up preforming in the USA, or some final, true wrap up to solidify things with Maho and Koyuki.

In addition, I think that The Prince of Tennis could have continued, but I suppose it was good that it ended when it did in order to prevent itself from getting too old, or ending up continuing itself into oblivion in the same way that the Tenjou Tenge manga did.

With most shows I feel that it is good that they ended where they did, even if they do leave you wanting something more. I think that the feeling of wanting more out of the show just shows how good of a show it was as it was, and that it leaves more of an impression on the viewer than a solid ending. At the same time, it bothers me that when people like an anime or manga series which ends, the fans just rave about how they want it to keep going on and on. In my opinion, if that were to happen it would just end up dragging the show out and then dragging it down as they play off old ideas and situations, and the newer ideas wouldn't be as great in comparison. As a result, people wouldn't like the show as much. Continuing a show runs the high risk that a continuation could ruin it.

4. Wolf's Rain. (EVERYONE DIED BUT KIBA! And then what? They were 'reborn' as Humans! IT'S CALLED 'WOLF'S RAIN' FOR A REASON!)
5. Hellsing. The ending was awesome, but I want more.
6. Ouran High School Host Club. I need more Hitachiin moments! And mroe Honey and Mori scenes. Those two are Angst and Cuteness thrown into one. ^^ Wonderful mix.

Very well said, Xero XIII. I was about to point out the same thing, but you already did it better than I could. So it's not necessary for me to do so.

And for animes that better continued. In my list is only Fruits Basket due to the simple fact that the actual story wasn't finished at all nor it was meant to end. And though there are reasons as to why it will not further, I'm still not convince. That's is why hopeless as it may seem, I'd still want it continued as an anime.

I would have to say Wolfs Rain, Hellsing, Fruits Basket, Tokyo Mew Mew, and a little for Zone of the Enders. But as the last two said, they must've ended for their own reasons so I think if it went on too long, it would have lost that final impression feeling. as for fruits basket, that one does continue in the books rather than the anime, but as long as it continues, I'll be content.

as for manga series, if this pretains to it, I would've liked to either see more of Mars or a different ending.

Zatch Bell. Seriously, Raiku is far enough ahead in the manga that they should be able to make new episodes without fear of catching up any time soon.

I would like to see Tenjou Tenge continued.. they only put covered about the first 5 volumes of the manga, and that really disappointed me cuz they spent about half the show on a flashback.... then they ended it in such a lame fashion.. though the ending fight was incredibly cool-looking... sorry if I just spoiled anything for those who havent seen it.

Yeah Cowboy Bebop would be a good one to continue. I also think they should do some more with El-Hazard. That series was pretty short but I liked it.
