I think I would have to go with the Gravity Gun from Half-Life 2 because that thing is just awesome to play around with, plus at the end of the game you get to rip massive computer terminals off of walls and crush your enemies with them.

Also I liked the Snark from Half-Life, it is just so funny to throw a bunch of those guys out and watch as your oppenenet runs around trying to shoot them before they get eaten alive.

The Gatling Gun in Resident Evil 3.
It's funny to watch this petite little five foot nothing lift a gun twice her size and shoot it with the ease of a handgun.

Also, I forget the name, but it's a poll arm you get in WoW for doing the horde pally quests. You can get it as early as 20. It's bad *** looking...Blood Tempered something or other.
The Sin'Dori Warblade is pretty cool too.

In Fallout, there is a random encounter where you find a really small weapon called "Alien Blaster." Looks really innocuous, but it's the best weapon in the game. It sort of implodes your enemies to death.
