As for bugs, Im iffy. I actually like certain kinds of bugs and some actually help with crops or flowers, and others I just DISPISE with all my being.
Guess its just a typical answer =/

I don't know if I'm horrified, amazed, or neither. It's just interesting to know that that happens, and so quickly. If I ever spot anything like that, I'll know never to leave my bike there. It can probably happen even quicker. Some times it feels like it happens overnight. As for the bicycles, I suspect they've been left there by acccident. And the page is in Swedish.

You'd be more horrified if you knew that they tend to drop out of the trees (there's always a bunch of them on the ground under the tree), so you can get them in your hair when you walk under them.

I live amongst the usual house pests (roaches the size of your thumb, flies, spiders that control the roach and fly population, and ants), so I'm not very freaked out by bugs. Unless it's something from Starship Troopers and can breath fire (See Below), then yes, I'd run for life.

They are, to my knowledge, harmless. Never the less, they are very unsettling.

I'm sure. I mean, who -wouldn't- want to wake up, look out their window, and see that the tree in their immediate sight is being mummified by a mass orgy of larvae?

It could happen. Sometimes it feels like it takes less than a day. It takes weeks for every single tree in the area to be covered. Though, they're only into a very specific type of trees, so unless you sleep under it, you're probably safe. They also web things in the area, which they probably confuse for trees. So people should in theory be pretty safe.

Ok so when it comes to insects, only a few certain kind scare me, most don't phase me at all, but here are picture of the ones that do creep me out.

My BIGGEST fear, is grasshopers. I will scream when I see one, like a stupid pansy. They disgust me, and they look absolutely frighting imo. Just finding these pictures really scared me. UGH. God they're so frickin sick.


Next, is potato bugs, EW!!! Be thankful if you have never come across one. They're just as bad as grasshopers, but at least they cant jump on you...


And last are silverfish, they're just gross.


This is why I dont get people make such a fuss about spiders or bees, theres a ton of nastier things out there.

We get potato bugs down here. They seem harmless enough. Ive never seen sliverfish though o_O
As for bees, Im deathly afraid of them and wasps. Everyone in my family is allergic to something except for me. My theory: its bee stings. Im afraid that I'll be stung and die.
I also HATE roaches. Down here, we have a type that we call Plametto bugs. All they are are roaches...THAT FLY AFTER YOU. Spritz it with Raid, and it chases you.

I would rather be immersed in, snakes, tarantulas,(or any type of spider) magets, ANYTHING then the bugs I listed above.

As for insects, I have an irrational fear of every insect except butterflies. And Caterpillars. o.o; I really don't even like ladybugs. And Earwigs. x.X; OMG. Those freak me out. Along with spiders, and any other INSECT ON THE PLANET. )= -shudders-
