The idea is really nice except it is really blurry and kinda hard to see the pic and read it. It hurts my eyes. XD
Maybe you should add a border and change the bg color to black or something that will make it more pop-out able.

They're all great, Keitaru-san! I love the pics and backgrounds. They're well made. In Naruto's sig, the text doesn't seem in the right place. =/ You can fix it to look better.

finaly got back on making sig, this is my latest creation, this is just made to test my skills you want it slap your name on it and viola yours (tip you stil can see a faint k-s on the upper left corner)

Well its got a nice background and all but there faces are super blurry,and the backgrounds blurred some to.And its a little to bright as well.
Its still great though.
