i also love loveless but loveless is from 2005...except for the special which had one episode in 05 and 4 in 06 i think...

naruto all the way for me. i also like FMA, fruits basket, inuyasha, yu yu hakusho......and thats all i can think of now....

Inuyasha ended in 2004.
Yuyu Hakusho was 1992.

Why are people continually listing shows not from 2006, despite previous mention of their vintage?

And, I'm surprised anyone else here has watched Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora...Wizzard is now the only person other than myself whom I know has seen it...

short but loved it, it ranks in the top 5 out of the best romance drama series that came out last year imo...rika and yuuichi are so cute together..it was so sad when he was reading the book on the rooftop at night..and crying...

That answers your question. This topic is about what you watched in '06, not when it came out.

To tell you the truth, I was mainly interested in these titles most of last year:
-Comic Party Revolution
-GTO
-Paranoia Agent
-Super GALS! Kotonuki Ran
-His and Her Cirsumstances
-Full Metal Panic! Fumoffu

Those are the only series that I regularly kept up with, but they aren't all that I watched.

Posting this as my previous entry was rushed off it's entire basis.

I haven't watched many anime this year, but;

Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni - Which is one epic anime. Murderous delight, a highly psychotic cast and an equally psychotic killer loli. USO DA!

Naruto - Now, this is my main complaint, the series, to a new anime fan is a brilliant way to get in depth with it. However, the series seriously starts to slip (and I mean the more-than-over-the-top filler), thus turning it into nothing but endless Dattebayo traffic, for nothing. I can't wait for the second part to be released, I gave up on Naruto I, when it started to get lame.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - Yes, a quality piece of animation and plot. Stetching the norm is what I like and this is nothing short of it. The offspring of Churuya is brilliant, not fogetting our much loved Tsuruya.
