Well....let say...water can support me for the rest of my life. Water can substitude food, and help me to go against acnes lol.
Water is a drink therefore, you can drink that :P. So I would go with a supreme pizza, as it almost has all the food groups in deep fried goodness.

My reason is that I don't want to eat just one thing for the rest of my life, so I'd better make that life as short as humanly possible. What better way than to die eating what you have to forever?
