Can someone explain the Userbar feature to me?

ok, it seems that being away from here for a month (again) did me no good and it seems i missed out on alot. i looked around and saw what changed and i researched through the Site Issues / Questions thread and found out what has happened. however, i dont know what the Userbar feature is/does/or how it works. will the admins and/or moderators kindly explain that to me? ( i searched through the threads here and found nothing on the Userbar feature, unless i missed it or just blind). any info would be much appreciated

If I recall, there's a guide for it in one of the AG.net forums. And It's really easy to understand. Just play around with it. Pretty much you enter whatever you want the banner to say, then you enter what color codes you want the banner to be.... if you want it to have lines, or a glassy look.... pretty standard.
