Bleach Drawing Tuts

Does anyone know some Bleach drawring tuts on the internet( Pen and paper)? I've been looking ages and ARGH! its been really annoying. If you know any, please post them for me.

I think it's not easy to find or even home-make such thing.. I mean.. The characters are all different from each other; each of them present different aspects on their physiognomy. The best way for you to draw Bleach characters is by just... drawing them... Just be a good observer, focus on every detail to make the upcoming work the most perfect it can get... Just don't expect perfection on the first, let's say, five times, if that's your problem... It always takes time to get something right when drawing.
