[Request] Drawing Babies, Anime style.

I've searched, Googled and can't find what I'm looking for. Does anyone know what sites have tutorials for drawing babies in anime style? Not manga, anime. hopefully you know the difference. Please, if you do know of any sites, can you post them? I've realised I need them. No, I'm not some freaky perverted paedophile...

By babies, do you mean "chibi" style?

Okay, I don't know the difference between manga and anime style. Besides being colorful and more detailed that is. You really want babies? Or normal heads with miniature bodies (chibi)?

Babies? Or children? Just watch tv series, and screen shot things. That's what I do to get good reference pictures.

Take Winry from FMA for example...and compare the first to pictures to the second too. Shorter hair, larger eyes (relative to size of face), dot for a nose, much rounder chin.

A really great example would be one of the Love Hina Again movies...I forget which one it is though(could be the last one). It's the scene where Naru is in a dream with Moe, and they're in the clock tower when she sees Keitaro putting a ring on Kanako, she "shrinks" back into a child; the animation shows her regression through the ages. It would be helpful for this.
