The extraction of the render was done beautifully. I really like the web in the bg. Looks nice. I think you kinda lose Spiderman in it though...maybe make him stand out a bit more? *has no suggestions for that* But I like it. ^_^
Edit: Oooooo I just noticed the shadow (for lack of a better word) he has. Nice touch. ^.^

I really REALLY like the colors you used. Everything is really crisp! BTW, how did you give the blur to spiderman? If it is on a background layer, I would make it just a tad more faded.

After taking these things into consideration, I shall upload the corrections tommarow if I remember...Because i've lost the PSD >_>
I had duplicated the render layer, deleted everything but the top, motion blurred it, so yeah I can tone the blur down a few notcheshow did you give the blur to spiderman?

I really like it. Great level of detail on the character, and the background compliments that nicely without being distracting.
There's only one problem I see: his hand appears to be outstretched, but his fingers look like they're pressing against something that's not there. You dealt with this by putting the reflection under him as if he's crouching on glass, but the effect is still somewhat disconcerting. Maybe reduce the transparency of the reflection, to make it clearer that he's on glass?

that is rad. i dont like how the text looks transparent though, like it's less noticable than the disclaimer crap on the bottom.
btw, ultimate spiderman is like the best spidermaneverrrrr
