i made this balls about 3 years ago, a few months ago i saw them for the first time again...hope you like it

It's three years ago..i can't explain in detail now, sorry! If i have some time this week i will see if i can make a tutorial.

If you look real good at the balls you can see how you can make them...it's just 3 balls...if i remember i used outer glow on one...and for the stroke around it alot of blur.

The "fairy" dots are just brushes with a outer glow...the smoke is also brushes with some filters (twirl or something like that..with alot of copy/pasty layers.)
