I think it is really cool! It is different, and different is good. The colors and the style is neat, and the character surprisenly fits in well with it.

Thank you very much for that comment ^_^, but I noticed I made a terrible mistake: The signature looks too blurry with all the other layers, hehehe, I think I'll have to make that change and post it again XD

It's a clever take on what could have been a dull wallpaper. The simple shapes and textures really flesh out the background without being distracting, and the lines and angles around the character draw attention to her. The color scheme works really well. Terrific!

About the signature - I recommend putting it into the same color scheme as the rest of the image; maybe use a medium yellow for it? And try to make it part of the image, perhaps a bit larger and not shoved quite so much so the edge? The blue color really doesn't work; remember that on a Mac the bottom of the screen is open, so the blue may be distracting.

I like it..just not all of it. Her hair isnt that blonde...its almost like a bleach blonde. Try making her hair a bit darker =3

Not bad. I can feel a shatter effect with those rectangles. I would bring her up to the front..I don't really like how those rectangles covering her face. That's just me though.
