I can think of 2 possible answers for this but there can be many more. Have a go before you read other people's posts

-Heart attack
-Died of old age
-Heat stroke
-Hes burried in a graveyard (i.e. hes been dead for a while)
-Death by terminal illness
The package is a parachute.
