**Gwad I'm in a gothic kind of mood! Being at college sure stirrs up the creative side of me!! I listened to an awesome band and thus this "morbid masterpiece" (yah, right!) has a song-lyric like appeal (I think anyway). Fade

Dust to dust, flesh so rotten...
It's only your face I've forgotten.
Screaming nightmares in my head,
swarms of lies which I've been mislead.

Happiness only an illusion,
in my world life is an allusion.
Break my back and steal my bread,
take my soul I'm already dead.

I'll just fade and lose the me I am...
What's this world to those who don't give a damn?
I'm fading away...
Don't ask me to stay.
I don't mind and I will never see...
What is to come and what will be...
Don't save me...

Bones of ash and hearts so hallow...
Too much to stomach, too little to swallow.
Don't pity the damned, for we don't cry...
We all know reality's a lie.

Let me drown in misery...
Just leave me be...
I'll just fade and lose the me I am...
What's this world to those who don't give a damn?
I'm fading away...
