I belive the language is spanish. I need the info on Quincy there for a guide i'm writing for a Bleach Roleplay. If anyone has any info on quincy that would be helpful as well, but i'm just looking for a translated version of that page primarily.

Nope, the langauge is close to Spanish, but it's actually Portuegese. Sorry, I can't make out much of what it's trying to say on Quincy.
