Hummmm, I don't know what it is, but the area of the upper right corner seems empty even if there is something there. Maybe you should have used a slightly larger pic of her in it. For some reason, I just can't put my finger on what it is about the wallie, but something seems off. Otherwise, it looks good.

Yeah i agree it look kind of empty. Add some shadding to the character and some other effects in the background.

I think the problem is that Chii is in front of the background, and she's the only thing in front of it.

Something to try: remove the circles/ovals that are behind her, so that she doesn't overlap any of them. That way she'll appear to be on the same plane as they are; and then if they fill in the space above her and to the right, it won't seem so empty there?
