In your opinion, boys need to be at least how tall in order to not to be considered tall? And what about girls too?
I dunno, I just think if youre taller than me, youre tall.
Except Im only 5' 1"..
Personally, I consider guys around 6'4'' and up to be tall. As for girls, probably 5'10'' and up.

Well, I'd say if you are 6 ft and you are a guy, that's tall. But average would be around 5'8-5'10
For a girl, 5'10 and above would be tall. But average would be 5'6-5'8
