What Kubo has done is inexcusable. Otakus should unite and send complaint letters to Jump.
He has created this vast number of characters, and then gone into depth over each one's personality and philosophy. Most of the personalities overlap too
Type-A: I shouldn't tell you my name because I'm going to kill you
Type-B: I should tell you my name so you know who killed you
Type-C: Hi, my name is ...

This isn't the "5 minutes till Planet Namek explodes" syndrome, this is the "Kubo's in an old home, but Ichigo's still 15" syndrome.

Maybe next chapter Ulquiorra can shoot a shark-shaped cero so that Ichigo can jump over it.

I'm in total agreement. I've been pissed at him for the last year and a half. He should have stopped after the Soul Society arc; he should have quit while he was ahead. Even though, there was a lot of faults to his writing and developement and characters, but in the 2-2.5 years since then, he's only succeeded in amplifying these faults to a great magnitude.

I stopped watching the Bleach anime over a year ago, and I'm only keeping up with the manga because I like the artwork, and I figure I've been reading it this long I might as well know how it ends. Alas, I don't think it will be ending any time soon.

It's ridiculous how he's managed to create a second arc using clones of every single character and event that took place in the Soul Society arc while making them considerably cheesier and more annoying

I seriously don't know why i keep reading the manga, i guess not it's more like a bad habbit than anything else.

You know, the anime has caught up to the story real quickly. You have to understand that about 1 episode in the anime covers about 10 chapters. That is, the last few episodes have basically covered almost an entire year of manga. This is due to the fact that a manga chapter can just show facial expressions and a monologue to last months, were as it only will fill 5-10 minutes in an anime episode without boring you to tears.

I think the next thing they will cover should be a long flashback to when Urahara was a fresh captain and Aizen was only a vice-captain.

Does anyone else think that wings seem pretty redundant? I mean they can all pretty much 'fly' anyway. I'm pretty sure Kubo has actually gone on holiday and some assistant is running ideas by the magic 8ball.

Assistant: Should Hollow Ichigo eat Orihime to gain strength to beat Ulquiorra, thus making the purpose of going to Hueco Mundo in the first place redundant?

Why can't they just get rid of Inoue already? She's just a mass of useless flesh and bone, no one would miss her, honest.

The Ichigo hollow thing whatever is going on right now was predictable, but I did think Ishida losing a hand was a nice touch (no pun intended).

Finally...a sign that there may be little push in the manga as far as progression goes.....

Ishida loosing a hand was a nice touch, brings out the "despair" for him since he mainly focus on ranged combat and was forced to melee with a being way past his ability's to beat.

Think ichigo's name was said enough?? They make Inoue sound so whinny....

Lizard Ichi coming is a nice touch, time so see if it takes over him or if somehow he learns to control his full hollow side.

Actually I predicted this too!

I think though, bleach anime is still enjoyable - even fillers - it has all the humour and action you could want from a bit of harmless shonen Jump. But yes, I think it should end, cleanly and decisively, soon. Before it gets too convoluted and horrible.

Looking forward to the climactic showdowns, especially in the anime, I think bleach can (not necessarily does) work better in that medium

I dunno, mostly because they'll stop half way through to go check how the Soul Society is doing versus the Junior Woodchuck Arrancar.
