I would never eat Sushi in my whole life no matter what. I wouldn't eat it because I hate fish and one time I ate the whole thing in a chinese resturant. I'm just happy I didn't choke.

I absolutely(sp?) hate fish and just about everything that comes from the sea...except seaweed and tuna (how do you hate tuna?) otherwise I scrunch up my nose and make a face...i might gag as well...>>

That fish they put on pizza. Like...anchovies or something weird. They REEK and they can't feel very nice in your mouth. Or taste good for that matter. Once, I got some juice on my finger and the smell wouldn't leave no matter how much a scrubbed. Stayed like that for about a week.

Why does everyone here hate sushi... It's not that big of a deal, just fish and vegetables. I hate a few at a restraunt when I was staying in New Jersey one month. The only thing you need to avoid at all costs is the wusabi. I love spicy stuff. I love hotsauce. I thought I could handle this. Since my sister was telling me how deadly it was, I wanted to prove her wrong and laugh in her face. That was my mistake. I picked up a roll of sushi with my chopsticks, and dipped it in a small cup of wasabi and rolled it around in the wusabi, picking up the wusabi with the sushi roll until the entire wusabi cuplet was empty by the time I pulled it out. Then I stuck the same roll of sushi (which was now just a big green wusabi ball since the sushi had actually become overtaken by wusabi) and dipped it into another wusabi cuplet until all that was gone. Then I did it again and again until I had covered my sushi roll in about four cups of wusabi. I was basically holding a big green wusabi ball that was about the size of a billard ball in between my chopsticks. Then, with my ignorence still in place I devoured the whole thing in one bite. My sister and parents just burst out laughing, as did the Japanese waiters that were serving us. I could actually taste it in my nostrils. The most unholy flavor I have ever had the displeasure of tasting filled my mouth. But being the kind of guy I am, I somehow managed to swallow it. But obviously the inside of my throat swelled up until it was hard to even breath and my eyes were watering bad. But the look on my face kept my whole family laughing, and since they knew what wusabi was like, any Japanese waiter/waitress in sight were laughing harder than my family, and even going in the kitchen to get others to see. Yeah, my sister had me with that one for a while, but she has since (I believe) forgotten.

But to the people who can't see themselves eating sushi:You guys are going to have a hard time if you ever decide to travel somewhere foreign. Hell, if you ask me, getting involved in the country every possible way is half the fun. I also hope you don't ever have a date that wants to eat at a Japanese restraunt, because you'll look kind of silly going to a Japanese restraunt trying to avoid certain foods.

Chinese restaurants don't sell sushi. It must have been some japanese sushi bars.
But, Something i would never eat? i don't know, i've never tried anything i haven't eaten.(obviously). So how would i know how it tasted like? I really like trying out different foods. If your asking the question along the lines of "foods you'll never eat a second time". Then, bitter melon. blah i hate that stuff. It's not edible i tell you!
