Final Fantasy XII...it took me 65 hours to get to the end and another 20 to train to become strong enough to beat Vayne. Overall, about 85 hours. And I only did about half the hunts and optional quests.
Any Pokemon Games also spring to mind. You can breeze through them but even breezing through takes time.

Uh........dont want to sound like a jerk, but i dont think WoW and any other games that dont have ending belong on this thread cuz the thread is asking what game took you the longest to beat not a game that you can literally play forever
