old school anime

Is their anyone on this forum that is a fan of old school anime, meaning anime that hasn't been drawn with any computer animation graphics or aything computerized but all drawn with ink and by hand . if so what are some of your favs please do tell. Here are a few of mine. Fatal Fury movies vampire hunter D the original motion picture, Revolutionary girl Utena tv series, Maze, Akira ,Flame of recca japanese version , X the movie, demon city shijuku, fushigi yugi to name a few.

Vampire Hunter D was friggen awesome. I also miss Astro Boy and Speed Racer there ... though I loved the Family Guy joke involving ol' Speed

Speed Racer's awesome, as is Akira. Old school gundam is great as well, and is far superior to Gundam SEED. I'll take a newtype over Coordinator anyday.

Akira, Vampire Hunter D, GitS, Armitage III, Lupin the Third, Dirty Pair, Tenchi Myuo OVA, Fist of the North Star, Mobile Suit Gundam, Ninja Scroll, and etcetera. All good times.

Akira isn't that old, is it? Oh well, still rocks really hard, having probably the most original music in an anime (you can't really beat building your own instruments based on those found among islander tribes) and one of more confusing, but excellent, plotlines I've seen. As for old school Gundam, Char's Counterattack, oh yeah! Those were the MS's that drew me into the exciting world of Minovsky physics (I should give myself a degree in Minovsky physics, I'm qualified enough) and grand space battles.
