First off. No one uses 800x600 anymore.
Second, if you just made it and you're finished with it, this isn't really the place to post it. This place is more or less meant for people who got a wallpaper in progress. That means, people comment the wallpaper and gives you some ideas what you can improve about it.

This place isn't for showing off.

What's with the different fonts on the japanese signs? The gray background doesn't fit.

Also, it seems like Kenpachi just got slapped onto the image to make him look cool. He doesn't fit to the background.

Never do I see anything that says "cant posts if the wallpaper isnt finished" I dont mind if anyone gives me tips thats really the point to this thread. Also I think Kenpachi does fit since ya know.. it's a kenpachi wallpaper. One more thing I really dont care what people use I used 800x600 still wallpaper size.

I would remove the smaller image of the character because it isn't needed.

Good composition and colors overall.

The wallpaper is too small; it won't scale up well to larger resolutions. Especially a problem is that the character in the lower left has too much detail in his face; it's getting munged with him this small, and stretching the wallpaper isn't going to help any.

It is ok to make wallpapers 800x600. Some people use them. Just remember that if you want to put it on AW.com that it will have to be made 1024x768.
