When I first met you,

I didn't know what I was getting into,

We talked casually for a while,

About your life and style,

Then something became deeper,

Wasn't sure if you where a keeper,

But I wanted to know you more,

It was you that I wanted to explore,

We were so different, night and day,

I liked when I felt this way,


I don't know what it was,

I didn't want 'you and me' but, 'us'

You where unique in so many ways,

Your mind was a maze,

I couldn't figure you out,

My feelings you doubt,

At last you opened up to me,

What I say you now agree,

You told me how you felt,

Making my heart just melt,

Just talking with you made me smile,

Cry when you where gone for a while,

But we drifted apart,

You left my heart,

Now I miss talking like we used to,

Our conversation only goes as far as "How are you?"

Nothing between us any longer,

I thought our friendship would be stronger,

I want it to be back to the day we met,

That day I will never forget.....

It's a decent poem, but I didn't really like the "light and dark" part. I understand that you had to use it in order to rhyme with "spark", but I just think "night and day" would flow better. You also had a spelling error, but that's nothing to wine about. Overall, I did like your poem, but I think that it could be better.

Ah thanks. Actaully, I was thinking of light and dark and was about to arase it because I couldn't think of anything to ryhme. I will double chak it all and maybe change a little. Thanks! Oh and I know the formatting is weird but I can't fix it.
