how much sleep do you get, and when do you sleep? an what do you do all night?

I was just wondering since I stay up all night readding, watching tv either good movies or anime [adult swim]. but usuall around 3 am if I have school, then get up at 8, or like now that university is out for the summer I go to bed around 6 am, and get up at like 1 then got to work until like 12 [friends, party, GF demands my attention usually(god I wish she could get a life, jk) anime an this damn forum I think I have become an addict] so thats like 6 or so hours I guess. how about you?

I tend to sleep in a cycle, where I go to bed later and later and wake up later and later.

Right now I'm at my "Wake up at six in the evening, go to bed at eleven in the morning" section.

Sometimes I only sleep for five hours and sometimes I sleep for twelve.

Usually I coast around on forums, write, play videogames or check up on scanlation groups.

I used to sleep like 5-6 hours each night before school for a good while. Spent the night playing xbox, surfing the 'net or drawing or whatever.

Now, after some education on how important sleep really is, I usually try to get enough sleep. At least 8 hours on weekdays, and probably more on weekends.. And I notice great difference, more awake, feeling better, and so on.
Sure, sometimes I'll stay up until the morning after, but usually I sleep enough nowadays.

So kids, the internet is fun and games, but oh mother, so is sleep. Your brain cells will be nothing but leftover chinese food if you cut down too much on sleep.
Sleep more, pez less.

i dont really sleep that much, i go to bed at like 3:30 or 4:00am and i have to get up at 6:00am for school so... my is very very happy wit my schedule

actually, it would depend on my schedule whether im working through the day or at night....but i'll tend to get about 7 hours of sleep when i work daytime and about 5 hours when i work at night =D

I sleep when I get home from work usually (That's after dinner if i skip dinner then around 6 to 10...sometimes 11) 7-10pm
Then I RP from 10pm-2(or 3)am... depending on the players.
Then I sleep again from 3am till 7am... depending if it's a weekend. If it's the weekend I'll sleep till noon.
While I'm RPing I'm checking the forums and chat, I'm also doing graphics and writing... I work better at night, I HATE getting up at 7am to go to work every morning I'm NOT a morning person at all.

Nite time ish my fun time...well for me and my two younger cousin(Which is only 8 and 12 years old...yeah)
We stay up playing video games all night, for example, "Dynasty Warriors". we act out our characters on the game and can keep on going for hours!
their mom always gets mad at me for keep'n em up alnite, but we still continue the fun.
They luvs me soooo much!!!
Some other times, it's either watch a disney movie, talk on the phone or just draw pictures...

But that's not enough for me.
I usually need 10 to not be tired for the rest of the day.
On the weekends I usually stay up all night reading or listening to music with my headphones of course.

Most of the time I like to read, post on forums, or listen to music at night. I get between three to seven hours of sleep… it varies. At times it’s difficult to sleep because I tend to think too much…even more so at night. Same thing with the weekends… I really need to get my sleeping habits in order soon.

My sleeping cycles Varies most of the time but it's similar on weekdays, on weekdays i wake up at 7:50am. Then i sleep at 10 - 10:30pm, except for fridays since i stay up to watch Inuyasha and dot hack sign till 11pm. Weekends it depends sometimes i just wake up to watch MewMewPower at 8:00, and if i'm still tired i go back to sleep.O_o. But if i'm to tired to wake up and watch whatever anime is on, then i go to sleep till 9:30am. At night on weekends kind of depends and what is going on.

well it depends on the days. usually i sleep for only 7 or 6 hours, x.x;;; when i have lots of homework or wrok to do. And i usually go to sleep at 11 or 10, sometimes 12 if it's really do the next day. And i do my homework, web design, and or create graphics. =P
