Author notes: I would first like to note that I used a song’s lyrics as an influence for this poem: “Once Again” - by Frankie Jordan. I did use one line (“I never thought I could love again”) from the song, just to make things clear, but I didn’t rip off the song; I just liked that line and decided to use it.



Secondly, I really need to start doing poetry on other subjects, besides love and mushy stuff. I don’t know why, but I seem to do my best work when I’m talking about love. Maybe it’s because I haven’t felt too inspired by anything else. I will try something new…just not today. ^_^
