What happened to the "Delete Post" Option?

At the begining i didn't have it. Once, just once, in a thread, i've witnessed the "Delete" option in the Edit page. And i still don't have it. All the others have it though. So, why don't I?
Is there something wrong, or have i been a bad boy and have been disprivileged of that option?

It's not on in all forums. Members can't delete their posts in all forums. If you're the first post you can't delete your thread.

Double check in a forum you know you've used it in before.

Yes, it makes logic that i cannot delete the starting post, but NONE of the other posts can be deleted either. I'm sorry but i don't remember which thread it was, that one time. It happened, like, 4 moths ago.
Could you please specify wich threads allow you to delete?

It's not threads it's forums, and there isn't one in this one. I don't believe. I'll ask Jakiao to take a look, as this isn't really my area of expertise.

I'm pretty sure that it goes away after a little while too. Like a few hours or something.

I think the edit thing goes away too, or that was just the last forum we had.

Well, as an example, last night, in THIS thread:

a user, moonilghtkisu, quardiple posted; then edited the first and deleted the respective three posts. I have tried to myself, but there still was no Delete button there.

I think that button is activated after a set period of time. I remember being able to delete posts and then other times that option goes away, then I see it again, then it's gone.

I don't like buttons that pull Hoodinys.

Do not bug them. They like to take their time. I can tell you though, honestly, that I have never seen a "Delete Post" button on anything I've posted... And the Edit button only disappears after a thread has been closed.

Well..when ever I held a mouse on the edit button the block always saids: "Edit/Delete Post" ... but i can't delete post...but I thought it was just like that...

Yeah, when you go to edit your post, that's where the delete option is, it's not a seperate button.

I don't think there was ever a delete button....like the Miscellaneous section.....you can't delete your pot only the mods can do that but you have a delete option in the anime and Manga section.....forgotten which place but I seen it before....but never seen any delete button for the Miscellaneous part...O_o
