Command & Conquer, any of them, there the best RTS out there, but if i have to choose one, it would be Command & Conquer Tiberian Dawn, the original command & conquer

All the Legend of Zelda games are awesome
Never played Kingdom Hearts or Tales of Symphonia, though. They seem like awesome games
Halo and Halo 2 are good
So are the Command & Conquer games
Call of Duty 2
Starwars: Battlefront 2
Metal Gear Solid series
I know I'm forgetting a lot

Final Fantasy X
Just about any Mario Game

I can't think of anymore right now

untold legends: Brotherhood of the blade for PSP
This game I recomend for everyone who likes diablo/2 muonline and games like those it is really worth the money best game so far for PSP

Tales of Symphonia is definitely my favorite. However, I must give honorable mention to a few classic games, final fantasy 6(or 3 on the super nintendo) had some of the most indepth character development ever. Also, Super Metroid was a really fun game. It wasn't too easy, or too hard, was very interesting with weird bosses, and overall a different playstyle than most games. Finally, Super Smash Bros, best fighting game ever. I always hated how previous fighting games had little mobility, smash bros brings alot more strategy to the fighting genre.
