Who can live their life without Grandia?OK there are many people who haven't even heard of it *gasp* but I mean, isn't it (one of) the best anime-based video game EVER??

Sure that was a bit rich of me, I've only played the first version but that makes me wanna play #2 and #3 even more! Ahhh I'm so crazy over it!!!

If anyone would like to share their enthusiasm about Grandia... Come right here...

I've just played Grandia 3 though I'm not too attached to it as much as I am to Suikoden. ^^ Grandia's good and all but I'm a bigger fan of Suikoden. @,@

I've only played Grandia II once when my friend lent me his copy a year or so ago. I'm doing fine without my own copy. It's not like I need the damn thing to live.

i heard of it. If there is a game by Square Enix or xSEED. then its gotta be a good RPG with storyline, Namco even has a good RPG (Xenosaga)

I'm not a fan of the entire Grandia series (the second one sucked), but I love Grandia 3. The battles get a little wild at times, but the story is great and the battle system is enjoyable, for the most part.

Oh, but its not the greatest RPG ever. I've played better, for sure. Tales of Symphonia and Shadow Hearts: From the New World, to name two...

i like Grandia from what you showed me sis but suprisingly i'm still alive. i know Grandia's a great game but no offense, i think Dark Cloud is better. sorry, no offense

Grandia is one of the best games ever made. It was so good that they even made sequesl((although they weren't as good as the original)) I also love Dark Cloud. It was good enough to make a sequel which kicks butt as well. So I can live my life without games but I probably play more games then most. So if you ever have a question about a game don't ever fear about asking me. I will probably know a little something about it. ^_^

Grandia 2 was pretty good. Mostly I liked just treasure-hunting and looking around. The fact that once you left a place, you couldn't return was anoyying ;(

I bought the third one. The graphics are great and all, but the story seemed not existent (and wasn't really essential to what you had to do). Kind of a "search the world for the four legendery gems" sort of game. Nothing really in the way of mini-games or side quests either. It was OK, but I don't think it was worth spending $50 on it.

I played the first one and stopped half way through...it just bored me. But do take my opinion as a grain of salt...cause most of the games Im really into involve ghosts and plumbers in red suspenders

Haha, not really sure what you meant by the ghost part (Super Ghouls and Ghosts maybe) but I'd definitely take an opinion from a fan of the red suspender wearing dude.

On topic though, I really haven't played Grandia that much. I only played Grandia III, or which ever one had Millenia. It was ok, but I don't think it was spectacular.

We're alike! I'm also addicted in Suikoden series. I almost stay late at night just to play Suikoden. Haha! It's an excellent game. You're right that Grandia is not so much attachable. <NO OFFENSE>.... I'm the #1 fan of Suikoden!

OK I just realised that I could live without it. (I mean literally) But cyberally (is that a real word?) I cannot bear to part with it... Like think of your favourite anime/manga that you are just crazy over... Really really crazy over like almost obsessed... like that.
