Do you think of this as weird?
It always seems that when I get a new avatar and sig I take on a new persona.
Like my whole matter changes and my whole stature and depore.
Do you think thats weird?

Ah I can relate to you there. =) When I got my new avvy on RPGC, My font colour, style and my overall typing way changed. I was all "Love j00 =D" and "'Lo Darlin'" etc, So it's not weird^^

Shouldn't your avatar/signature relate around you/your character, not you relating to them? Either way, its your stuff.
Nope not at all. It happens to me as well though I don't constantly change my sig/av.

If you take on a new persona because of what picture you're displaying under your name, then yes I think that's weird. You're outward disposition should not change because you have a different image for every post you make. Because I have a gendo sig does that mean I'm an insane, calculating, old man?

I suppose people have mixed emotions on this situation. Its always interesting when I aks things and many people come up with different ways of explaining.

I agree, but usually my avatar/Signature personify me, the person behind the computer. Hence the font thing coming into play.
I guess we all have different perceptions of "weird" But i feel in my opinion that it can change the way a person acts, or how one is assumed to act. If i had a babyish avatar, would you presume I was a newbie/ had bad grammar skills etc? The question remains.

Actually I don't think that's weird. Ever since I first brought the "Snoop Dogg" sig to this site and changed my avy to Laughing Link, I seemingly have become more confident and likable. I don't know why, though. Its just...the way things are.
