Funimation Channel?!

I am a Direct Tv user, and i have recently read on paper inside the Dbz Fusion Reborn Dvd, that they have a new channel that suposily came out March 17 i think, for Cable/Cox/Direct Tv users, so you no i got right to the phone and called my satilite provider, "how much for the new Funimation Channel blah blah blah", but to my surprise they said they have no recorders of a Funimation Channel or any in the future. So pretty much asking anyone got any info on this? Thanks.
