You're 14 and have a chobits signiture and name I'm sure what you know about politics couldn't fill a tic-tac container. Further more you clearly have never had a terrible crime commited against you, so you really can't talk about what you would do can you since you don't really know. It's easy to say live and let live when nothings happened to you, but I'm sure your tune would change if anything actually did happen to you.

I agree, we shouldn't allow the Death Penalty here in America. Let's say a man raped and killed a Girl, In my humble opinion he should be kept in a small cage and fed minimal rations. Then on the Anniversary of the day he killed the girl the family should be allowed to hire someone to come to the jail and rape him in the same manner. This would go on for however long the sentence is. I GUARANTEE you that man will never rape again (Unless of course he is into that sort of thing.) If that isn't a good reason not to rape people I don't wanna know what is.

I think the death penalty should be abolished in the prison system. There is no need to kill somone after they've been captured by authorities.

But then again, if someone killed a friend or family member of mine in cold blood, they'd best hope that the police caught them, because I'd still administer the death penalty if I got to them first.

You may say revenge is wrong. But I say to avenge is right.

Think I'm joking? Try me. It is the darker side of having honor and pride, and living to protect the ones you care about. But I'd still do it if put in that situation. I mean, if somone killed Jing or any member of his family in cold blood, you can bet your bottom dollar that I'd square it my own way.

Yes once again. I know more than you think about that in particular. Because I've already been on the prosecuted side of that situation.

And even if I didn't take the law into my own hands, I still think the Death Penalty is stupid. If the authorities don't kill the person before taking them in, they should be left in prison. No point in killing someone once they've already been caught. Death to a criminal is only valid when in context of the situations of pursuit and stand off.
